Shipping Charges and Delivery Methods (for shipments outside Japan)

Orders will be delivered by EMS or DHL.
*Please check [日本語] if you wish to have your order shipped within Japan.

We ship all international orders via Japan Post's Express Mail Service (EMS) from Tokyo, Japan. EMS is quick, reliable, trackable and relatively inexpensive way of shipping to most places in the world from Japan.

Please note that EMS is an express delivery service and cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, and each package must be signed for delivery.

In recent years, there have been cases of EMS shipments to some countries being lost (lost or stolen) at customs.

For this reason, we have made it possible to select DHL in addition to EMS only for shipments to the relevant countries (the U.S., the Philippines, and Brazil).

Please note that if you ship via EMS and your package is lost at customs, we will not be able to compensate you (reshipment or refund) unless we receive some kind of response or compensation from the customs authorities in your country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping costs

Shipping Charge: Depends on delivery area and weight.

*Depending on the global situation, delivery areas and shipping charges may change. Therefore, we review the regions and shipping rates at the end of each month.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery area of your shipping address.
Our shipping charges include handling fees.
Shipping cost calculations are roughly divided by some weight. The actual shipping cost may differ, but the difference will not be refunded. Please acknowledge that.

Please note that import taxes and duties on delivery are not included, see explanation below.

Customs duties, etc.

Due to increased global mail issues such as delay, damaged packages or lost packages we declare full value on the customs forms for EMS and DHL.

Please note, we cannot declare a lower value or mark the parcel as gift.All customers are responsible for paying the import and duty taxes applied at their country’s customs office.

About delivery date

【Shipping of Regular Products】
International orders ship once a week. They are due every Tuesday and shipped on Friday.
Tracking numbers will be provided later in the evening (JST) of the day of shipment.

If we ship via DHL, we will provide you with a tracking number at the time we make shipping arrangements. *Shipments are made on Fridays.

* The tracking number can be checked on "My Page" on the site as well as notified by e-mail.

Credit card、Shop Pay、Google Pay、Apple Pay

As a general rule, we ship within 10 days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Convenience Store Settlement

This service is only available for orders shipped domestically. If you select this option for an order shipped overseas, the order will be cancelled as a rule.


*Shipping may be delayed due to national holidays.

*In the event that an ordered item is sold out, the order will ship out on schedule without the sold out item. Junie Moon customer service will contact the customer about the sold out item and refund for the cost of the item.

 

【Delivery of Lottery and Pre-order Items】
The start of shipment differs depending on the product. Please check the detail page of each product.
Please note that it may take a considerable amount of time from the time of order to delivery.
If purchased at the same time as other products, the product will be shipped together with the product with the later shipping start date.

Re-shipment / package returned undelivered

1) If the customer refuses the package for tax or any other reason, we will refund only the shipping and handling charges minus the amount of the package. The customer is responsible for shipping charges once the shipment is completed.

2) Once shipped, if the package is not received due to an incorrect address or some other customer reason and is returned to Junie Moon, Junie Moon will contact you by e-mail.  Please reply within one week.
If you wish to resend the item, additional shipping charges will apply.
If you do not wish to have your order resent, we will refund your money minus shipping and handling charges.
If we do not receive a reply within one week, we will assume that there is no intent to purchase and will refund the amount of the order, minus shipping and handling charges.

3)If your package is returned due to customs clearance.
We are sorry, but if you wish to reship the package, please bear half of the reshipment shipping cost.
If you cancel the order, you will receive a refund minus a handling fee.

If you do not receive your package

If you feel that your package has not arrived after our shipment notification e-mail has been sent, please check the delivery status using the tracking number in the e-mail. You can check the tracking page of Japan Post or EMS service providers in your country.
If you still have not received your package after two months, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact Japan Post to confirm the whereabouts of your package.

The period of time that postal items can be tracked is determined by the country. (3 months in short countries and about 6 months in long countries)
After the above period, we cannot even ask the shipping company to check the whereabouts of the package. We cannot compensate you for such a situation. We appreciate your understanding.
